* How do I make a booking?
To make a booking please fill in my online Enquiry Form and I will call / email you to make arrangements and secure your booking. Once we have your enquiry I will check availability and email you back with prices. Once agreed and finalised I will ask you to pay a non refundable deposit and you will receive an email booking confirmation. 1 - 2 weeks before your booking I will ask you for your choices of treatments, if you haven’t already provided them. And I will ask for final payment 1 - 2 weeks before too. If you wish to makes booking that is taking place within 1 - 2 weeks I will require full payment upon booking.
* What do I need to provide for the party?
Therapists will arrive with their own products and equipment.
If you are having a massage or a facial you will need to provide enough room for a massage couch (6ft x 2.5ft) and room to walk around it.
If you are having a manicure or a pedicure you will need to provide two chairs and a table.
Therapists may need access to water and plug sockets - so bear this in mind when choosing the room you’d like to have your treatments in.
* How long do pamper parties last and how many treatments can I have during this time?
All pamper parties are a minimum of 1 hour (depending on location) but they can last for as long as you would like them to. Depending on the treatments you choose and the amount of guests you have will depend on how long the party lasts.
* What areas do you cover?
I cover the whole of the UK and can come to you - whether it is at home or at another location whilst you’re on holiday. I do get booked up quickly in advance so I recommend that you give me as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Treatment and travel time are included within the price.
* Do all guests have to have treatments?
No. It is your party. You can have as many or as few treatments as you wish.
* What should the clients wear?
Clients must feel comfortable - so I recommend you wear anything you are comfortable in and ideally easily removable if you are having a massage. Most clients tend to wear underwear or swimwear whilst on the couch having the treatment. Also I recommend flip flops for clients that are having pedicures.
* What happens if I need to change the amount of guests that are attending?
Please can you give me as much notice as possible if possible, just because this could affect how many therapists or how many hours are needed for your party.
* Can anyone have therapies/treatments?
Almost everyone can have a treatment, however some therapies are not advisable if any of your guests have any medical conditions and are taking certain medications. I can provide you with information regarding the medical conditions / medications that are contra indications to treatments.
If one of your guests is pregnant, I can not provide massages unless I am able to find a therapist qualified in this area. If we can not provide massage for pregnant guests, please ask them to select a different treatment from the list.
* What should I do after my treatments?
After your treatments you should follow the aftercare given by the therapist. Which includes; drinking plenty of water, avoiding alcohol and caffeine and resting.
* Payment Terms
A deposit will need to be paid once the booking has been made. This deposit secures the booking and date. This deposit is non-refundable should the party be cancelled. Once I receive payment - your booking is confirmed. 2 weeks before to the booking, I will email you an invoice with the balance. This must be paid 1 - 2 weeks before the booking date. If your booking is made within 2 weeks of the date required I will ask for full payment upon booking instead of paying a deposit.
* Cancellations
If a therapist is unable to do the booking due to sickness, injury or any other reason then I will try to find an alternative therapist. If an alternative can not be provided, a refund will be given.
